TERMS OF SERVICE

Who we are: Erigo Supply is a digital marketplace for premium Framer and Jitter templates, operated by Erigo Kreatif Innovations (“Erigo,” “we,” “us”). These Terms form a contract between Erigo Kreatif Innovations and the person or entity using our Services (“you”).
1) Using Erigo Supply
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. If you use Erigo Supply for a company, you represent you have the authority to bind that company.
Account: Keep your credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
Payments and Refunds: Fees are billed at the time of purchase. Taxes/VAT may apply. Due to the digital nature of our products (source files, remix links), all sales are final and non-refundable once the template link or file has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
2) Ownership and Intellectual Property
All templates, animations, code snippets, and designs provided on Erigo Supply remain the intellectual property of Erigo Kreatif Innovations. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the templates according to the License Tiers and Restrictions outlined in our Licensing and Policies document. You do not gain ownership of the underlying IP.
3) Disclaimers
THE TEMPLATES AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT TEMPLATES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED WHEN HOSTED ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS LIKE FRAMER.
4) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ERIGO SUPPLY IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
5) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in İstanbul Anatolian Side, unless otherwise required by law.
PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Erigo Supply processes personal data when you purchase and use our digital templates.
1) Data We Collect
Account & Billing: Name, email, password (hashed), purchase history, payment tokens (processed securely by our payment provider), and billing details.
Usage Data: Device info, logs, template views, downloads, and analytics to improve our marketplace.
Support: Communications you send to us regarding technical support or inquiries.
Cookies: To operate the site, remember preferences, and analyze user behavior.
2) How We Use Data
Process transactions and deliver digital downloads/remix links securely.
Prevent fraud, abuse, and enforce our Licensing policies.
Communicate about updates, security alerts, and transactional messages.
Comply with legal and tax obligations.
3) Sharing and Security
We share data with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, email deliverability services, and analytics) bound by confidentiality. We do not sell your personal data. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transport.
4) Retention & Your Rights
We retain billing and account data as required to provide access to your purchased templates and meet legal tax obligations. Depending on your location (e.g., KVKK in Turkey, GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data. Personal License
Number of users: Independent creators or small design teams up to 1 user.
Usage: Unlimited personal or client projects.
Restrictions: Redistribution or resale of the assets (original or modified) is not allowed. Not for use in templates, libraries, or any product intended for resale.
Commercial License
Number of users: Small teams, studios, or companies up to 5 people.
Usage: Unlimited personal and client projects.
Restrictions: Redistribution or resale of the assets (original or modified) is not allowed. Not for use in templates, libraries, or any product intended for resale.
Commercial + License
Number of users: Agencies or larger organizations up to 20 users.
Usage: Unlimited personal and client projects.
Restrictions: Redistribution or resale of the assets (original or modified) is not allowed. Not for use in templates, libraries, or any product intended for resale.
Additional Copyright Protection
Explicit Ban on Reselling Modified or Rebranded Templates
You may not modify, alter, or make slight changes to any template (including but not limited to animation timing, transitions, motion effects, easing, layout, or branding elements) for the purpose of reselling, redistributing, or rebranding as a new product.
Prohibition of Removing or Replacing Erigo Supply Branding & Placeholders
You may not replace, alter, or remove Erigo Supply branding, placeholders, or embedded elements from any template for resale or redistribution, whether modified or unmodified.
Protection Against Extracting Individual Animations
You may not extract, copy, or repurpose individual animations, transitions, motion effects, or interactive elements from any template to create new templates or assets for resale or redistribution.
Clarification That Copyright Applies Even to Modified Versions
Making minor changes to animations, colors, branding, timing, or UI elements does not create a new, original work. All rights remain with Erigo Supply, and unauthorized resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Prohibition of Recreating or Modifying Templates in Alternative Software
You may not recreate, modify, or adapt Erigo Supply templates using alternative software or platforms for the purpose of reselling, redistributing, or rebranding as a new product. This includes, but is not limited to, converting designs for use in other motion design tools or web builders while retaining key elements, animations, or branding.
Legal and Enforcement Warning
Erigo Supply actively monitors and enforces its copyright protections. Unauthorized use, distribution, or modification of our templates for resale may result in legal action, including but not limited to takedown requests (DMCA), account suspensions, and financial penalties.
Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property
Erigo Supply may use images, fonts, and names of third-party products and creators for demonstration purposes. Intellectual property rights related to those products (including trademarks) belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, or endorsed by these owners. By accessing these assets, you agree to obtain all necessary permissions from the rights holders and follow any applicable brand guidelines before using them in live environments.
Framer and Jitter License Requirements
By purchasing our products, the user acknowledges that certain features, including publishing sites on custom domains or exporting high-resolution, watermark-free videos, require valid Framer or Jitter licenses. It is the user's responsibility to obtain and maintain any necessary third-party plans to access these extended functionalities. Erigo Kreatif Innovations does not provide these licenses and is not responsible for any limitations arising from the lack of a valid third-party license.
